In 1998, Dean Jones graduated from Kingston University with a BA Hons in Music and has been writing and working for The Salvation Army ever since.

With over 30 publications to his name, at present, and compositions on various CDs and DVDs, Dean has enjoyed a successful start to his writing career.

His flagship piece for brass, 'Glorifico Aeternum' (2003) was performed at the Royal Albert Hall, London, in July 2004 and has been performed in concert halls around the world by bands from both the Salvation Army and Contesting Band worlds.

'Supremacy' has also been a highly successful large scale work, as well as the concert items, 'El es el Senor' and 'Faithful God'.
